Owner Operator Preparation

Do you want to start your own trucking business, but you have limited access to those that are in the business? Now you can learn as you drive! The One More Mile program prepares aspiring entrepreneurs to own and operate their trucks themselves. Upon completion of this 6-month program, you will know for sure if you want to be an owner-operator or not!

Requirements

2 Years of Driving Experience.
Must live in the Northeast.
Clean MVR.
Up-To-Date Medical Card.
Must Be Able to Pass the Drug/Alcohol Test.
Must Be Able to Read, Write, and Speak English.

Compensation

As an independent contractor in our Apprenticeship Program, you will earn 20% of the net pay from each load you complete. If you purchase your own truck and lease on with us, you will earn 90% of the net pay (with additional fees applied). Leasing is optional upon completion of the program. Furthermore, if you choose to obtain your own operating authority, we will provide professional support to assist you through that process.
